While great-looking teeth are very important when it comes to having an attractive smile, they aren’t the whole story. How you look as a whole plays a decisive role. We can help you regain a young and dynamic appearance by giving you a fresher, younger-looking complexion. Botulinum toxin – often simply referred to simply as Botox – completely but reversibly interrupts the nerve signals to the muscles. It allows the muscles to relax, smoothing out any wrinkles.
As the muscles relax, they also decrease in density over the course of time, which also has a beneficial impact on the rounded appearance of thick frown lines. This is, of course, also the case for other wrinkles and fine lines caused by the muscles that control facial expression. Sometimes deep wrinkles require additional support in the form of fillers, or depending on their location, are treated only with fillers to avoid side effects. For example, hyaluronic acid is used as a filler and is a natural component of the skin that has strong water-binding properties and thus firms the skin.
The products we use are all produced by renowned companies such as Galderma and Allergan. Restylane, Emervel, Juvéderm and Skinbooster are the hyaluronic acid-based fillers we employ in our treatments.
It goes without saying that knowing the corresponding indications and dosages requires appropriate expertise, specialist and advanced training. As a member of the German Society for Aesthetic Botulinum Toxin Therapy (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ästhetische-Botulinumtoxin Therapie e.V. – DGBT) and the Austrian Society for Dermatological Surgery (Österreichische Gesellschaft für Dermatochirurgie – OGDC), you can be assured that we possess the appropriate training.
